Nov 2nd, 2009 NEW WA SPONSORED RIDER - RHYS MORRISSEYRhys Morrissey from Western Australia is an open campdraft rider and an open saddle bronc and bull rider. His aim under the Stance name is to compete in every campdraft and the majority of rodeos in WA over the next twelve months. In recent times Rhys has been to three drafts for two open wins, won a stallion draft, three cut-out wins and has had several other placings. Rhys also has a rodeo career which has seen him place in two open bull rides, two saddle broncs and won an open saddle bronc and open stock saddle buckjump from five rodeos. Rhys's stallion “Acres of Frost” is a dual registered ASH/QH by “Acres Destiny”. He is an open horse having won two opens, stallion, maiden and encouragement drafts as well as ten cut-outs from only fourteen drafts. Having paired with Stance, Rhys intends to continue successfully drafting and rodeoing in WA as well as travelling to the eastern states to compete in rodeo. Rhys currently feeds his horses GoStance because it is a complete performance feed which does not compromise his horses health through overloading with grain.
